Romans 12:1-2
“And so, dear brothers and sisters, I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all He has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice- the kind He will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship Him. Don’t copy the behavior and patterns of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, with is good and pleasing and perfect.”
I LOVE the book of Romans, especially chapter 12. I hadn’t thought about it in a while though until a friend of mine mentioned it today on Facebook. I then eagerly soaked up these words of exhortation and encouragement Paul had to offer.
This chapter is a nice reality check for us Christians. How many times have you been living life, thinking you’re doing well as a Christian and then read something that made you halt and reexamine how you’re living? This is one of those verses. Paul doesn’t dance around the topic or sugarcoat it. He’s blunt, honest, and convicting. He reminds us of a responsibility we have. We are the light of the world, so we need to be the best and brightest lights possible. The world is full of darkness and half-truths.
Let’s be different. Let’s be the genuine people we’ve been called to be, really loving others and caring for them. Do everything 100%, giving all the glory and honor to our Heavenly Father!

I hope you all have a blessed week.
Let’s live for Jesus 100% in all we say and do.
Many blessings to you,
